I need a diligent,God fearing farm worker with experience...Farm production: Plantain production only... working on an Acre of land + additional plot of land....
Payment is either the worker chooses to plant anything on the additional plot of land for himself and takes all the money OR works on the whole farm and gets #150k payment per year...

haba! in any way its still slavery, 10k salary in this era is wickedness, if he chooses to plant, when will he finish your farm work to attend to his own? either way, your offer is very poor.

Be more specific with the working terms, you mean he will single handledly handle an acre of plantain plantation, security, etc

150k or a plot of land for himself to work on... and i specifically said open to negotiations... i can actually help him out during the plantation...so it's not just about making him do everything himself, it's a new farm and new investment though.. just growing and i understand the fact it's going to be hard,but it's a process and we are trusting the process yielding into a better result
