Homemade Yummy Sharwama. - Food - Nairaland

Most people think that Sharwama is difficult and expensive in making but I am here to give you a good news that Sharwama is affordable and very easy to make.
Ingredients:
Half kilo of chicken breast
Cabbage (chopped)
Onion(optional)
Carrot (greater or chopped)
Tortilla bread
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Chili garlic sauce
Maggi,curry, thyme,salt for the seasoning of the chicken breast.
Hot dog(I didn't put hot dog in mine,no money)
Procedure:
Step1: seasoning the chicken breast and fried on a low heat.
Step2:wash and sliced the cabbage,carrot and onion.
Step3:mixed the mayonnaise and ketchup in a clean bowl.
Step4:rub the tortilla bread with the mixed mayonnaise and ketchup,add the cabbage, carrot,onion, chicken and sprinkle the chili garlic sauce.
Then rap them together and place on a clean flat plate.

Step5:put a frying pan(preferably non stick pan) on fire, allow the pan to heat well and place the wrap Sharwama on it,make sure to turn at every interval to avoid it burning.
If you have a oven, you can grill it.
Step6: yummy Sharwama is ready for consumption.
