Please I need you guys help, my middle name was mistakenly ommited by a cafe guy while I was applying for a government job, I got the job but my middle name is not on my appointment letter, it's two names on my appointment letter but three names on my BSc and Nysc, O'Level is 2names with the middle name also ommited, can this be a problem during screening please? Anyone with such experience please help a brother, I can't sleep.

I don't think that should be a problem since surname and first name are correct. The middle names are usually optional when you're filling any form.
You could also swear an affidavit if it would make you feel better.
Stop giving yourself sleepless nights.
I believe people who know better would also comment in time.

Swear affidavit because those names represent different persons. Plz anything that has to do with degree, ensure your name is printed correctly because any alteration means a diff person.
