Bein has no right to air EPL either through IPTV or Satellite in sub sahara africa.. all the apps we are using here are illegal.

Yes there are different rights for internet broadcasting, but that belongs to DStv as far as Nigeria is consigned.
DStv just extended those rights till 2025.

So yes, Pipul tv is broadcasting those games illegally, but my thinking is that their operations are still too insignificant to be a bother for DStv for now.
