My point is, Trump is the ‘goddamned’ president for crying out loud! He has people working for him and the Republican Party preexists him, so they have competent people running it too. He shouldn’t be saying somethings as the president. He demeans that seat with his unguarded utterances.

Every state have their own election rules. Which is why results are being reported differently. Some states counted mail-in ballots prior to the election, which is why all the ballots were counted faster on election day.
But states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin etc, have laws that mail-in ballots can only by counted after the polls close on election day.
In fact Nevada will continue to count votes until the 10th of Nov because their laws allow it.
