Please I need help. I went for workouts yesterday after a long while of staying out of the gym. I did lots of sit ups for abs. Since I got back I have been having severe pains in my lower abdomen. I took 400mg ibuprofen yet no relieve. I just took another 400mg after an hour. I don't know what to do again o

I can't say much about the drug intake, but I would advise that you give a space of 8 hours before another dosage.

Pains after workouts are normal and can last for weeks.
It becomes worse if you do your workout once in a while.
Your muscles would relieve even without drugs...

For the sake of your liver, please don't take it again for the next 24 hours. The pain is normal. Try using a balm like akonikin

You will end up with ulcer/gastric erosion... follow the dosage.
Instead of NSAID you could take opiods like tramadol.
