what i am saying is most of us can't differentiate bad japanese voice acting,in terms of grammar and pronunciation simply because we don't understand japanese...

I remember watching a french series with a friend who studied french in the university and she was laughing her ass off,apparently some of the actors had very weird french accents which she said were mostly used by village bums

Dubs across almost all TV media are seen as sub-par, whether telenovelas, K-drama or European shows.

And was your friend laughing at the bad voice acting or the funny accents?

Beyond the Boundary anime + ova + movie.... 8.5/10

As usual, KyoAni never disappoints - animation, soundtrack & voicing was all top notch. The story was definitely plagued by a few issues that weren’t properly explained but no doubt a very solid show.
