13-year-old boy thrown into fire for allegedly stealing food in Ebonyi

A young boy was thrown into fire because he stole. Please, is this right? Someone told me that he deserved it because it would deter him from committing such next time.

Please, let's be truthful, what is this country turning to? Have we any hope on humanity at all?

Oga mi, na so we see am. But either 10 or 13, they are both minors and I dont think he deserved such punishment. E no kill person, na food he steal.
