2. my screen touch will just seize to respond until I lock and unlock

Please how did you resolve this problem.
I got my A5pro last year December about 11months old now.
I've been having this issue for weeks now and I don't know how to resolve it.

Check recently installed apps, secondly; run phone in safe mode for 5-6hrs and see if it persists. If it does then factory reset....

Don't argue with me, A7 pro doesn't run PES21 smoothly on 60fps and high graphics. I tried it ,the experience wasn't entertaining....

The bottom line is the GPU on the phone is too weak to handle high definition games.

You both are saying same thing. You played at HIGH graphics and 60FPS, that's why you didn't enjoy it. He said A7 pro plays the game well at REASONABLE graphics. And he is right. If you set the game to standard graphics and 60fps, you're sure to enjoy it without no lags. Even with a flagship, PES 2021 is best enjoyed with standard graphics cause in high graphics, the pitch is yellowish, which isn't true to life and it makes it difficult to see the ball. Standard graphics settings gives the pitch its true colour

Note, they don't have physical office in Nigeria so even if they have warranty, you can't reach them...
