She can actually learn on the job. I personally see film school as a waste of time, this acting thing is something you can actually learn on the job. Look at temi Otedola's awesome acting skills in her debut movie citation. To the best of my knowledge she didn't go to any film school. Some people that go to film school don't even get roles. Film school is not an automatic ticket to getting movie roles.
