My one month old umidigi a7 just went off at 15% and it didnt on back since then.
I just got the phone one month ago from jumia and i dont know if i can return the phone back because there is no warranty card in the park. Is there any umidigi carlcare in nigeria?

Pls help me, if you have experience this before.

Your dpi was probably changed from developer options, if u have developer options activated, go there you'll see 'smallest width' change it back to 360. My camera app is that way also cos i increased mine to 411, going back to the stock value corrects the blank space.

If developer options isnt active, open settings
Go to about phone>keep tapping on build number till it shows developer options active>Go back to system> advanced>you'll see developer options there... Change that value back to 360.
Increasing it makes everything on ur screen smaller, reducing it makes it bigger, stock value is 360. Anything higher or lower rescales the stock camera ui and it doesnt fit.

There are confidential documents in my Google drive.

Just realized anyone can access it from the Google drive app in my phone, hence the need to hide it.

If mobile data won't be a problem. Pls download mega app and move your files there with strong protection. For me google drive is too loose I don't just know why.

Check your charging brick and cable with another phone, also use another brick and cable for your own phone, if it works either way then u know the problem....
