Now the sucker punch here is that... Politicians and public servants can hold Shares in a company and they can own farms and this isn't considered conflict of interest, even according to Code of Conduct ACT

Yes Tinubu owned shares in many companies but he never fully owned them, he wasn't a board member, and so you can't pin anything on him

Again INTELS is owned by shares by Atiku, Volpi and Tinubu, and got many FG NPA concessioning, but they were just share holders

Peter Obi even bragged of investing Anambra's FAAC allocation in his business and nobody could investigate him because he was just a shareholder and not a board member

What Peter Obi and Tinubu did should have them sharing jail cells. Peter Obi invested states fund in his personal company and Tinubu gave his company 10% commission of Lagos state taxes.

On what basis is a no bid contract awarded to a company just was registered in 2002 with no prior experience? That is part of the corruption, if there was open bidding the company that would have won the contract might have collected 0.01% commission.
