Mine wasn't even loaded properly and there was no timer which is a bummer. It just ended on its own. There was even no next button. Was there but not visible

I am unable to submit, once I click Submit, it keeps loading.
It later wrote: Failed to submit

I finished but to submit was the problem...
I received congratulation though...
