Please gurus in the house, help me out because this is my office Laptop.
I can't operate it again due this constant "GET STARTED" pop up.
Even if I connect to the internet, it keeps coming up and the browser would keep opening tabs infinitum.
Help me! Thanks

After I have uninstalled this "Get Started", my cursor will disappear at some time of typing,I won't be able type again. But I keep hearing the keyboard click sound.
At some point, it will come up and goes again after typing maybe 3 letters

May be it's a virus Try get a good anti-virus to do checks Or format computer

boot into recovery mode and select a day before you started noticing that behavior

I just did that, selecting August state, but it keep popping up

Just format the system. If you are unable to click anything on it, remove the battery and format it. It is definitely virus

I have been surfing the internet, doing what I read there but nothing.
How can I back up my documents, hmmmm.

Looks like the "F1" key is held down.

Before you format, get a usb keyboard and see if the issue is resolved
