is it not for farming, I don't know ur pocket but depends on the project u want to use the land for..I charge u base on what u want to do with my land

I know it's expensive, the other guy said plot of land 50k was a scam as if it was too good to be true.

Plot of land 50k is definitely too expensive.

Its not the land dat its expensive, its the market for it dat is gold.
