Remember that popular Nigerian Artist and comedian Uche Williams has recently unveiled the day he is set to wed his lover?

First pictures from his traditional wedding today at Alor, Anambra state has surfaced online.

Recall that Williams took to his Instagram to announce his marriage to his longtime girlfriend which was in the pipeline.

Also, in recent posts, he has disclosed that the most anticipated wedding is slated for 21st November, 2020 which is just a week from today.

This is one advantage of a country home in Igbo land. When you want to do traditional marriage, you will appreciate your family house in the village. In fact, you will be very proud of it. If your bridesmaids are asking you where they will sleep, you tell them not to worry, rooms dey. If your parents' house does not contain them, your uncle go run open im own. Before you come sef, youths done help una cut grass and clean the place.

You’ll go invite village women so that they can come out in mass to help cook and tidy. E no cost, okporoko, ugba, few tubers of yam and cartons of malt will make them feel alright. Na for your backyard them go do night vigil. Those women no dey sleep, they can slice ukazi and ugba round the clock.

Very sweet experience, not the one that someone will hang somewhere in town to be receiving in-laws. You don’t have a village? Were you banished?

Village is sweet sha, before unnecessary competition and modernization come enter.

It will fit you. These days it is getting hard to see conservative casual gowns. It is either too serious or too showy. I told my loved ones that one day they will just see me in native boubou and my hair wrapped like a muslimah.
