CONSTITUTIONAL FORCE MAJEURE – LEGAL AND NON-VIOLENT WAY TO JETTISON THE IMPOSED AND SHAM 1999 NIGERIA CONSTITUTION: WHAT YOU/NINAS SHOULD DO NOW!

Just the same way you cannot be fed by lying down and watching someone else eat for you, so also to rescue yourself YOU must get yourself involved. MNN Alliance has already devised and worked out the rescue strategy, so now YOU have some tasks to perform. Fortunately, YOU are not alone! There is a growing mass of people, the NINAS people who are together carrying out the tasks needed now.

NINAS (Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-determination) is the Alliance of the indigenous PEOPLES of Middle Belt, Oduduwa and Lower Niger blocs seeking self-determination for each ethnic nationality.

So, if you are an INDIGENOUS person from either Middle Belt, or Oduduwa or Lower Niger blocs, then you would be part of NINAS. This NINAS Alliance gives us strength, support for one another, and focus. To effect your own rescue, here is the task that you/NINAS are to be involved in NOW:

• Continue to spread awareness that the 1999 Constitution is not a real Constitution but is a renamed Military Decree that was IMPOSED on us, and since its preamble falsely claims it was made and agreed by “we the people”, it is a forgery so illegitimate, null & void, and a void Constitution cannot be amended but must be jettisoned. So “constitutional amendments” are a farce, and waste of time and money.

• Continue to spread awareness that the 1999 Constitution is the tap from which all our miseries come from with: its 68-item Exclusive List that prevents development, its immunity clause that aids corruption, its unjust seizure of our natural resources, its hindering us from defending ourselves from genocide, etc.

• Continue to spread awareness that the 1999 Constitution has created a very different Nigeria from the one agreed at Independence. That original Nigeria ended with the first military coup of January 1966. So now because of that, and other things including the taking up Sharia in 12 neighbouring Arewa states you/NINAS have REPUDIATED the sham 1999 Constitution.

• Spread awareness that it is for the sake of JUSTICE and DEMOCRACY that you/NINAS have REPUDIATED the illegitimate 1999 Constitution because it is the right (and Godly) thing to do! We cannot allow ourselves, and most especially our children and grandchildren to live one day more under this Constitution that limits their lives.

• Spread awareness that as adults you/NINAS must be involved in your own rescue. So you/NINAS must now make it known to our political parties (PDP, APC, APGA, SDP etc) that they MUST NOT go to elections in your/our name in 2023 under the Repudiated and Fraudulent 1999 Constitution. Find out the offices of political parties and as individuals, groups, churches, village associations, or organisations etc, inform them of this. Write to them. Text them. Email them. Use social media. Sign petitions when they come. Be creative.

The fight for justice is an honourable one. African Americans had their own under Martin Luther King. South Africa had their own under Nelson Mandela. This is our own civil rights fight. We are adults and creating new arrangements for this territory called Nigeria means acting in new ways. The “sidon look” (sit down and watch) while others do it all, is inappropriate and unacceptable. Instead, we are each to take responsibility and control of ourselves to do what is right in the sight of man and God.

Nigeria does not have a constitution if you ask me and the pple in authority do not want to do anything about it.
For me, we need to rise up as a pple and ask for change whichever way cos this mess has gone on far too long.
The say the military govt is illegitimate yet every single step they took remain binding on us. from creation of local govt and states to
writing a rubbish paper called constitution is valid till date. Why cant we just seat down and tell ourselves the truth before its too late.
This wont continue for long from the look of things.

Is it Ijaw people we want to form a bloc with? Or Igbo people? We cannot afford another artificial union. African people cannot cooperate long term when there is too much diversity.

What are the clear strategies to do this?

Because the fraudulent constitution is not helping us at all and it must be totally rejected!
