I wanted to open a dollar account at first bank and I was asked to get two current account as referee , one from first Bank and the other from other Banks.

Pls if you know you can assist me with that, I really need your help, I don't mind finding you small thing.

Or if you know any bank that don't request current account as referee, kindly tell me.

By dollar account, you mean domiciliary account right?

I'm sorry, you would have to look for someone you know. Or better still, ask on this page ⏩https://www.nairaland.com/2947212/exclusive-how-make-level-2/1042

Also, all banks require one or two guarantors to open a Dom account.

You can also talk as man-to-man to the bank customer care agent. Him fit help you get one or two people to stand for you.
