The video shows what transpired in the express before the arrival of the military operatives. According to the eyewitness there were no security operatives in patrol when the kidnapping occurred. As at recording the video, the driver who later died was being rushed to another vehicle which would take him to any nearby hospital for treatment of his gunshot wounds.
