The investigation video clip released by CNN some hours ago is the dread the Nigerian government should have know it couldn't elude. In a world where there are truth distorters, there are also the ones committed to the nobility of setting truth in perspectives and also upholding it and CNN is one.
The Nigerian government was almost becoming successful in gagging the voice of freedom that the young, tired and radical of this nation's have struggled so much to gain. Over these few days, many claims and questions that subtly register doubt in your mind have become rife on the internet and these have stupefied a lot of people.

The FG and the NBC have constantly engaged in a game of labelling truth as "fake" and any attempt to debunk their lies are strongly countered. The NBC revealed how media houses that covered the LekkiMassacre and ENDSARS protest accurately behaved "irresponsibly" and that makes you begin to wonder how easy and obvious it is the uncouth ruthlessly and shamelessness of this government.
So, what sanctions will NBC give to CNN for reporting this investigation? While I await answers to that, I want to make it clear that every Nigerian, home and abroad, who came on the media support the government by condemning the protesters and by saying all pictures and video footages that we got on Twitter and Instagram were items of "fake news". This also cuts across those who came online to place a premium prices to give to people who could provide "verifiable" media files. Although this may seem like a noble act of truth-finding, it is not less of an act of setting a doubt in the mind- a psychological manipulation. It should be known that these people are a major problem in our struggle for freedom.

To those who never allowed their convictions to wane despite the FG-NBC efforts to turn our sweet narrative sour, you're the real heroes.

Now that CNN has dropped a bombshell, we'll wait for the next card FG will play. I think it'll be better if the FG and the corrupt political class realise on time that we have woken up.
