Happy Sunday to all my fellow Nairalander, May God grant all our heart desires.
Ingredient:
Rice
Chicken seasoning,salt.
Oil,onion,curry and thyme.
Vegetable (sliced carrot, green pepper, spring onion)
Egg.
Procedure:put the washed chicken into a clean pot,add seasoning and salt and 1 cup of water. Boiled until it's soft and tender.
Step2: Remove the cooked chicken from the stock.
Step3:Add rice to the chicken stock,add salt,water. Allow it to cook until it soft.
Step4:fry the chicken in a separate pot.
Step5: fry the egg into scramble.
Step6:pour the vegetable into the fry egg,add the rice bit by bit. And make sure you turned it well.
Fried is ready to eat .
