Following the killings that has happened in notable places in Nigeria such as Aba, Odi, shite’s killings, and now the lekki killings. This killings were all carried out by our men in uniform who were commanded by the commander in chief, hence my question.

Can the government be charged in a NigeriaN court For murder ? If they were charged can they be convicted? If convicted who will go to jail? The commander or the shooterS who carried out the instruction?
