I'm hoping you know where I'm going with this because I'm still trying to wrap my head around a certain story in bauchi where a FEDERAL POLICE officer was arrested by a RELIGIOUS HISBAR POLICE for being with a mutually consenting ADULT FEMALE in a hotel room.

Please kindly explain!!.
