They are planning to build a 1 something kms long bridge. There is no way a starving fellows can be able to build a bridge of at least 2 kilometers! What they did here is stealing a render and are busy dreaming to have the same type of bridge.
What makes this to be funny is,currently Tz is constructing a 3 kms long bridge in Mwanza city,completion is 2022.When Kenyans completes their 1.4 kms bridge after 4 years( in 2026), the bridge will be way short comparing with TZ busisi-Kigogo bridge in mwanza which is 3.2 kms
