That's a fu*cking bear peeps...Animals tend to lose their fur when they're bloated and decomposing, and could be confused for some weird creature. Had watched a documentary some years back about a hairless sloth's carcass that made people think it was some sort of alien life form.

that is clearly a beaver ,looking at from it claws and tooth but it has lost all it hairs soaked up in ocean for a long time makes it look like that
