No matter the name u decide to call it, the Nigerian army shot at unarmed protesters, people died on the spot, others died as a result of injuries and some are missing.

Anybody can keep making the government's argument for them.

You say the general didn't lie but he claimed in his testimony that the army came to intervene when the police was overwhelmed. The section of the constitution he quoted allows the army to intervene in civil unrest when the army has been overwhelmed, but when the cross examination started last week he confirmed the protesters at the toll gate were peaceful which immediately put to tatters his claim that they intervened becaue police was overwhelmed. The sitting was adjourned shortly after.

Like I said, General Taiwo will be under cross examination on Saturday.....anybody can say anything as their testimony in a judicial proceeding, it is under cross examination facts will be revealed.
