Its so alarming that the rate of scammers in Nigeria is high..
You cannot even trust anybody, not even your family member. I can't really blame them but the system in the country.
But how can this be stopped. I don't really curse people, but I would av cursed those guys that duped me today from nairaland. Just because I believed bitcoin is real, they used that avenue to dupe me my hard earn money. This is very terrible

NB: Is it possible for me to retrieve my money please.

Give more details about them or forward ur petition to the EFCC or Police Anti Fraud unit...

Of course Bitcoin is real as daylight. But you were probably scammed coz you were naive.

U didn't tell us full details, how much were u scammed, the person nairaland moniker, the bank details of the idiot scammer

This was how it goes...

I received a msg on my phone that i requested for more info about bitcoin. The guy that chat me up called himself tony.( till now his line is not going through). and he sent me the link where I can register for a blockchain and I did. To cut the story short he referred me to another guy whit an app used for mining. Now the guy sold hart rate for 4100.. So he send me the app where I can mine every 24hours. But I must av transaction that worth 50$ in my block chain acc. Unfortunately I'm just creating an account so he said, he's going to send me bitcoin then after mining I can withdraw both the 50$ and the bit coin I mined. Since I sent him the money he's line has been busy.
