it is impossible to be born again and not have the Spirit of God's presence in you. To be born again means to be born If the Spirit of God and those who are born of the Spirit are possessed by the Spirit of God -inhabited by a presence that is separate from theirs. This possession by the Spirit of God, is different In any ways from the typical stories of possession that we are used to hearing of, as He is not violent and does not impose His Will on those who submit to His lead I.e. are born again.

That said, the Spirit of God is instead waiting on you to heed the commandments of Jesus Christ and begin to obey His words. Realize that the words of men, including the so-called men of god out there, do not equate to the Truth of God. Only Jesus Christ, the word of God matters and only by direct obedience of His commandments will you indeed become born again. Doctrines and traditions of men are nothing but lies to decieve those who are ignorant of who Jesus Christ truly is.

So, begin living in obedience of the New Covenant commandments of Jesus Christ as outlined in the Gospels, and when you have met the requirements, showing yourself worthy of Him, He, the Spirit of God, will take hold of you and you will know when He arrives.

The Holy Spirit was sent to confirm the Word of God that became flesh in the Person of Jesus, so do whatever Jesus the Word of God commands you to do, and it would only be a matter of time before the Spirit of God confirms the Word of God in your life, because wherever the Word of God is, there is also the Spirit of God.

That's how I got Him to come upon me, and though He tarried, when He finally came in His fullness, it was as though He had come to His own, as He was revealing His deepest secrets and concerns to me despite that it was the first time I was getting to meet with Him and knowing Him for myself.

So the Spirit of God is seeking the Word of God to confirm, that's how He found me, because I didn't seek Him, but I sought the Word of God which is Jesus and ensured that I had kept His Word. Therefore if you do the same, He'd surely find you, and when He comes and confirms the Word of God in your life, the difference He would make in your life would be clear.

According to Jesus Christ, it is not those who are "Holy" who become born again. Instead, it is those who prove themselves worthy of Him, that will receive Him.

Even the rich young man who was able to keep many of the other commandments was hindered by his refusal to go deny himself in order to follow after Jesus Christ ( become worthy of Christ).

Deliverance is from what exactly, in order to be born of the Spirit of God?

.You see in Acts 2: 38, Peter said, Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
There are three steps in becoming a good Christian, 1, repent and be born again, 2. water baptism, 3. baptism of the Holy Spirit. It is unfortunate that the devil has succeeded in deceiving people that they only need the first two and they are fine. If you read the entire book of acts, all the gentiles repented, then they were baptized by water and then the apostles baptized them with the Holy Spirit and they spoke in unknown tongues. The way you are you already have the Holy Spirit but you need to be filled with him. They are two ways of getting filled with the Holy Spirit, first by laying of hands by a genuine Christian (may or may not be a pastor). Paul received his own through this method from Ananias. second is to pray for it. I received mine through the second method although it didn't happen immediately. According to God's word the holy spirit doesn't operate the same way on those to whom it is given.
@ Ephesians 4:11 we can see that the spirit of God permits different functions on individuals in the Christian congregation, but misinformed Churchgoers assume it must do the same thing on each of them.
Secondly the spirit was given not due to the desperation of those desiring to have it rather it's God who examines the heart and knows the capability of each Christian that gives each person what will bring glory to his name.
Note that in the first century Christian congregation it wasn't all of them that were given the power to heal, speak in tongues, see visions, and so on.
What Jesus commanded all other Christians that is under compulsion is to preach and teach, so you must be able to preach and teach even if you never taught anyone in your life as long as you're one of Jesus' true followers you must be a Fisher of men!

Does it achieve the same purpose all the time?
How can i distinguish between activities of God's holy spirit and demonic spirits.

News flash: you can't! There is nothing like that. It's all just wishful thinking.

If you check very well the only thing people call receiving the holy spirit is being able to speak in tongues. But even that is fake. Tongues are the gimmicks of charlatans.

The gospel of trinity is very clear on this. God the father, Son and the Holy Spirit. They are one.
Therefore you cannot have one and not the others.
Jesus Christ is the life, the truth and way . He is the only mediator between man and God.
If you believe in Jesus and have received him as your personal Lord and savior, you have the Holy Spirit in you.
