No, they are in fact lies! Nowhere in the teachings of Jesus Christ Himself are you told that is what you need to do in order to have a family...none of that complies with His teachings.

Did Jesus Christ say anything specific about our having different rules as far as setting up a "Christian" home from the ones He stipulated for all of His followers to live by?
Believing in Jesus Christ, grants you eternal life but not all those who are saved go on to become Born again, living their lives according to the Commandments of Jesus Christ Himself.
Not according to Jesus Christ. Once you ask God for forgiveness, your sins are forgiven you, and that is what matters in the Kingdom of God.

Jesus Christ never commanded against the drinking of Alcohol... in fact, He gave them one rule as far as what to eat/drink. He told them that it is not what you eat that makes you unclean... it is what comes out of your heart that does that to you. That said, do not add or remove from the rules that He has made for His own.
Jesus Christ never instructed His disciples to teach anything else but the gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven. That said, He did not instruct anyone to teach the children anything else. If they ask, tell them exactly what Jesus Christ taught and nothing more since the Kingdom of God already belongs to them anyway.
This is not according to Jesus Christ's teachings or commandments at all.
The only thing all followers of Jesus Christ ought to embrace is the obedience of every single commandment as stipulated by Jesus Christ Himself.

We are not called according to the Old Covenant ways but according to the New Covenant that is Jesus Christ. So anyone who claims to be of Jesus Christ but chooses to live according to Old Covenant ideals is doing so in vain since Jesus Christ will never change His rules to accomodate anyone who chooses to ignore them.

You want a Christian family, obey the rules as set by Jesus Christ Himself.
