If you have better plan when you travel abroad then travel abroad...


There so many bakeries in Nigeria you choose to join the queue

Don't travel. If you intend to tie your money down, then the land is the best option maybe 10-20 years time. It would have yielded. But bakery would give you money on a daily basis.

But travelling to relocate is a bad idea to me, Except you are really suffering here, then you can relocate

My brother, go get American or Canada visa and japa. My one penny advise.

travel legally, 2.5 million is not enough to open A bakery business, the new bakery in my area bought land and built a house. the money can't buy land in a quick developing area in most parts of the south. The money can't get you a masters degree in Germany but if it can get you a Canadian express visa (Don't use any agent) or a masters degree in a small EU nation, then consider that route. Nigeria is a hopeless place right now.

Bakery is a NO execept you have vast experience about it and to be sincere, that amount is too small to get necessary equipment, labor, rentage and mini bus for delivery.-NO

Land to build, farm or for future purpose? Your location will determine that. If you live or see a land a student area, a good builder can manage that money for you to construct one for rentage. Land does not depriciate. It all depends on location and what you intend doing with it.

Travel would have been the best option. However, lots of things must be considered. You level of education, you intended country, do you have folks in that country, what exactly is your mission there etc. If you check the boxes and see that it will favour you with no fear, it's okay.

In all, making a right decision solely lies on you. All you require is to tell yourself the truth. Check the risks, check the gains and decide.

Don't do bakery I beg you. I don't know the affinity with witches and bakery. They'll scatter your machines for you at every turn. Just go and do fixed deposit jeje than do bakery. If you must do bakery right, you must have an excess. What you have at the moment is not high even if you rented a bakery.


Rent costs alone will costs you between 400 and 750k this is before you start making profit.

I recommend wholesale eggs, don't produce just buy and sell. With time it can metamorphose into a small baking outfit where you can have a central kitchen and have like 5 sales outlets in popular bus stops as your sales point.
