I was sent a congratulatory message since October that I passed the exam and interview, that they will contact me when to resume. It's been a month now and I haven't heard from them.

I'll try to get across to the HR this morning. The challenge is that their lines hardly go through. I feel using mail is the best bet now.

A colleague of mine told me a sad story of how he passed all the stages even the interview and was told congratulations. Only for him to get an email saying, sorry they could not continue with him. Very painful
