You cannot compare A11 which is over priced for an entry level device to the Redmi 9 which is a budget device with a Midrange SoC.

G80 is wayyyy better than the SD460 for everything.

If you want to compare any SD with the G80, use SD636 and above.

Even the G35 is better than the 460.

you can clearly see that the price of qualcomm snapdragon 450 is expensive when compared to g35

The guys at XDA developers, Geekbench and Antutu don handle both and G35 scores better, why?

Both the 450 and the G35 both use cortex A53 cores. Both identical. What separates them there that the G35 is much faster at 2.3GHz compared to the 1.8GHz of the 450.

If you look further, the G35 uses an LPDDR4X RAM which runs at 1.6GHz, while the 450 uses an older LPDDR3 ram of 0.9GHz.

As GPU, Adreno on the 450 is better than the PowerVR 8320 on the G35 but that 450 CPU is holding it back. In addition that 506 is also underclocked. Meanwhile G35 has the hyper engine that overclocks the GPU for games.

The G35 has a better ISP and uses the ARMv8-2 instruction set architecture of which the 435 uses the old ARMv8.A.
