In my own opinion, Rwanda, under the administration of Paul Kagame is the fastest growing Country in Africa.

Oga...China is light years ahead of USA in terms of infrastructure and that is a fact. Look at their architecture and compare it to that of USA. Even Donald Trump hs stated this before that they need a revamp of their infrastructure.

China airports, railways etc are top notch where as that of US are mostly just bland.
