The requirements to contest are well-spelt out in Section 177. That bailed Abiodun (Ogun State Gov) at the time.

There is no case with his WAEC and university admission. APC is simply on a frivolous goose chase.

His NYSC is an issue though. If truly he didn’t participate in the scheme and he presented a university certificate that was obtained before the age of 30, they may have a case against him.

I remembered telling you that Ebebi's case has some merits, that he will get his SoE.

It is not his business how UST organises their admission criteria.
The Party & INEC insist there were valid primaries.

The only area I am ignorant of is his O'level & Voter's Card issues, which is one of the allegations.

I didn't bother much on Inyang because her Court is one of first instance.

Section 285 is explicitly clear.
Garba (JCA at the time) in Atiku v Buhari & 2 Ors, argued so.
But the cases of Useni v Lalong & 2 Ors, Akinlade v Abiodun & 2 Ors, Diri v ANDP supported same motions that 285 come tops.

All are Courts of co-ordinate jurisdiction, it is at the discretion then of the judge until a higher Court clears it.

There are penalties for flouting electoral laws and they stand.
They will only not stand if they are at variance with any Section of the Constitution.

"Providing false information" is not in Section 177 or 182 of the Nigerian Constitution; but it is in the Electoral Act...& the Supreme Court have cited same to remove persons from Office before now.

"Double-registration issues" is in the Electoral Act.

"Registering an address in the Constituency where you intend to vote and be voted for, is also in the Electoral Act."

A Community Reading of both will suffice, unless there is a contradiction where the Constitution will now reign Supreme.

In the 1980s, even if you score F9, it will be written on your certificate.

You will however not be issued any certificate if you pass anything less than two passes (E8) e.g Eight E8+ F9 out of a total of nine subjects.
