There has been clamour for restructuring for a while now. But it's one thing to ask for restructure, it's another thing to know the areas we need to restructure.

But I think all suggestions must be taken into consideration and a new constitution should be given. The Constitution itself is a hindrance to restructuring in many areas.

One area we should include in restructuring is on federal appointment.

For instance, all the service chiefs are from one region. It shouldn't be.

Federal appointment should be spread across the different ethnic groups in the country.

Above all, our minds need to be restructured. The mindset of taking up political offices just to amass wealth should change.

The mindset of collecting bribe to be given a juicy position should also change.

Please, list the different areas in your own opinion that the country needs to restructure.

Common sense should tell our politicians about the impediments in the constitution

We need infrastructures.
Police reform; let our police be cops and not olokpa. Nigerian police won't give a damn about you if you don't have cash to give them.
We need electricity 24/7
We need jobs.
We need everything..

The system itself needs to be changed : All people in power and their relatives sudnt be able to travel out for educational, recreational or for health reasons again.

Their children MUST always school in the country. ( In the process of being in the office and after)

Governors should be paid according to how much money their state makes ( by this, they will be more functioning).

A suitable environment, where investors can come and thrive so there wud be enough jobs for people.

Government itself should invest in agriculture for easy access to food.

All the government officials salary sud greatly be reduced, they mustn't earn more than professors. Those money sud be spent on reasonable things like security, health and education.

Local government sud be more open and accessible to folks.

Solid citizenship data should be recorded from time to time.

It goes on and on like that.

The fact is, these people know what to do, they just wudnt do it. I think all black people need reformation or restructuring self, selfishness is tooooo much. That's the problem.
