But I am at a crossroad
I recently applied for sinp nomination with [b][/b][b][/b]spouse accompanied over a month ago and am being hopeful
Ita is dropping now on 469 with [b][/b]spouse unaccompanied

I don't know d route to take any more

Should I still apply for express entry or wait for sinp
How long does spousal sponsorship take if I decide to go with my husband
In reality is it easy to go alone leaving my husband behind

M at crossroads to be realistic and confused

Please I need sincere opinions

Please house I have a problem at hand. My sister is planning to do express entry. However, her first child is not her husband's biological child. But he bears the husband's name. She doesn't know the father of her child (drugged and raped at 18). The child used to bear her maiden name till she met her husband when the child was a year old. and they got married and the guy asked her to change the boy's name to his since there's no chance of knowing who the child's bio is.

Child is 8, doesnt know back story, and doesn't know his dad isn't is real dad. How will they present this case knowing well that anything can happen (in the likes of DNA tests and all) they dont want to fill in the husband's name as the dad just in case. What do they do??

Let the father legally adopt him. The process shouldn't be long seeing as he has been a father. So sad about the tape but it helps her process for filing adoption for her husband.

Quebec has it's own immigration pathway and you have to be bilingual
