I'm not a lawyer though, but I think it's 10 percent of the total cost of Land purchase. |

All deeds goes for 10%, but your negotiating power may help you in this, also your relationship before now can determine this, you might give him 5%, that's if he agrees,, but his professional charge is 10% on any deed. |
