The NYSC part of the form says Nigerian Candidate, that simply means foreigners are exempted. Abi na me no understand your question

Besides, what is NDA?
The only NDA I know is Nigerian defence academy.

Professional course... Yes. I believe the requirements is a first degree (I.e) graduate. That's why it's required.

It's for only Nigerian students or students that have Nigeria as country of origin
