My brother is contemplating on buying land in Ibeju-Lekki because of flooding. He is trying to go for Ikorodu axis instead. I heard cultists are many in ikorodu too. What do you think Nairalanders? Budget is around 1.1million for half plot. Thanks in anticipation. |
