It's gullible fools like you that Igbo haters love! You're so not with it to the point of not knowing when you're being taken for a fool!

Anambra is blessed with oil and gas, yet doesn't get any financial benefit from it to help bolster their annual budget! Instead some useless foreign oil coy has been brought in with the blessing of NNPC to be stealing their resource! Meanwhile, your fair and detribalised Nigerian gov't is spending hundreds of millions of dollars searching in the north for what Anambra has in abundance yet isn't given any credit for!
My brother, thank you for addressing the shrimp. But please note that the moniker belongs to a Fulani goon.

They have flooded NL with their numerous monikers for propaganda and a campaign of misinformation. Funnily, they mostly prefer Igbo names for their monikers.

You see yourself when people say the truth they're Fulani lol Fulani that is not up to 5 million people in Nigeria is now more powerful than igbos with 40-50 million people, you people should keep behaving like minority group.
Is Fulani that made peter obi to build next shopping mall in pH and not in Anambra state,is Fulani that shop Jackson from building what is building in Lagos in Igbo land, is Fulani that stop Ifeanyi uba from building his depot in IMO state or Anambra state, is Fulani that is stopping Emoney from investing in east,is Fulani that is making Igbos to build world class houses in Lagos and not East,is Fulani that make orji Uzo to invest almost all his money in west and is Fulani that stop almost all the billionaires from IMO state from investing back home.
The only Igbo man with sense is innoson.

I was in one federal government agency headed by an Igbo man in abuja last week to submit CV for job if you see the way the man's P.A who is also an Igbo man talk to me ,you will think I have issue with him.An Hausa man will never talk to his follow Hausa man like that.
Tomorrow if the Igbo man leave the office and Hausa man replace him and start employing their people one useless Igbo man will come to Nairaland to talk nonsense.

[ Absolute shithole estate. It is like Onitsha ghetto quality estate. In developing estate, you construct site and services and other infrastructure first before starting to build. This Rotech estate will only be patronised by traders and illiterates.
Check out the world quality of Awka Millennium City, that is what we want in Alaigbo. If you are not giving us that quality, please go and continue your import business from China and don't mess our Anambra environment with Onitsha ghetto like dwellings ]

I looked at those pics that the poster wants us to celebrate as progress, and i just shook my head!

Just who are the gov't officials that approve this rubbish and unplanned development? This is the result of having unrefined and unqualified people, lacking in exposure and having a 'local' mindset manning gov't parastatals and ministries!

Just looking at those pics, you'll know you're looking at the birth of yet another substandard and unplanned estate the type of which we have all over the south-east! It's all the more annoying when you consider that this is supposed to be a GRA!
Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by ChimaAdeoye:
Wonder if they will also add a small fire station similar to this police station they added.

I think we always think a lot about police stations without equal importance to thinking about and installing having neighborhood fire stations that can address fire emergencies around the area and beyond.

Since this neighborhood is planned to meet to standards abroad, one hopes a small neighborhood fire station should be opposite that police station. The Anambra state fire service will then equip the fire station with at least one truck and personnel.

[It is a shame that poor quality structures rule South East. This same people developing this Nkwelle ghetto dare not develop such sub standard estate in Lagos or Abuja]

The first 10% should have been developing sites and infrastructure. We are here to exchange knowledge and not to insult or use uncouth language

Go and check out what they are doing at Awka Millenium City! Great world class estate. If Nkwelle one is Onitsha class estate, then no issue here. But my advice is, If you have money, spend it well. No cutting corners. Some of you arguing here have not gone past Onitsha in their lives so you should listen to us world citizens as we advise our Igbo investors to do the right thing to make Alaigbo competitive.

The Awka Millennium City is a world class estate,
More than the luxury estate Onitsha.
That AMC will be the most beautiful and unique estate through out the SS and SE. Don't compare it with the luxury estate.
