I don't support show off too but we can't say that awards are all that he has achieved. All he has achieved are not tangible i.e fame, goodwill, wealth, competency etc. Awards are just for showcasing the recommendations others have given him and if you can show your recommendations to outsiders, then it really doesn't have any value.
