2. Compare Nigerian city roads and grids to other countries, in Africa and Europe.
What are they doing that our ministry of environment isn't doing?
I took a little study and it revealed a lot.

3. The revelation is, they constantly inspect their major roads, sanitize them, plant tree covers evenly, keep them hydrated thru the year.
These covers help to cool the outdoors, and absorb dust and CO2.

4. Don't we have the resources to start such programs?

Is this not a worthy cause? Rather than politics and white elephant project's that fade away like the mist...
