It's actually working. I am not talking about VPN o. Besides, you don't have to wait till you get a huge sum in the PayPal account. You can cashout everytime you have maybe $25 to $50 dollars, to reduce the risk of losing your money. But I doubt you will lose money with the method I used. I know people using it too, yet their account is intact and transacting huge sums.

But then, to be on a safer side, use Payoneer. It's cheaper than PayPal.
