Probably not. But he's not wrong about seasonal anime line -ups being full of mediocre titles.

He's also not wrong about Jujutsu Kaisen. I remember mentioning on this board that the early chapters aren't anything special. It starts off slow but gets better later on.

Rewatched Fooly Cooly progressive.

Seems like I was hard on it on my first watch. It's kinda better now that I was trying to piece the story together, although it still lacks the charm of the original.
