Before you blame the people of Arewa for level of insecurity, the first line of blame is to the Commander in Chief President @MBuhari and his Service Chiefs and then all Leaders @ every levels of govt elected to secure the people, then you can blame the community for culpability.

Because when @GEJonathan was @NGRPresident we said the The buck stops with the President. With @MBuhari now being @NGRPresident The buck stops with him.
