In terms of infrastructure, Kano and Kaduna are far ahead of anywhere in the SW (Lagos not included since it was Federal Capital).

I don't what to mention poverty rate because it is usually measured using disposable income and other monetary indices.

An average northern doesnt like holding money in cash or deposit. That doesn't mean they are poor.

At least most of them have in store large amount of food that can last them for a year. How many average southern families can boost of 6 months foods in advance?

Inview of this, more than 80% of northerners can read/write in either English, Hausa or Arabic, this is pure fact which is undeniable!

Show me where Lagos with all its environmental pollutions, slums, crimes are mentioned in the most livable cities in Africa.

Point of correction, the whole Lagos state was not FCT, only Lagos was FCT. There are cities and towns in Lagos. Lekki, Ikeja, Eko Atlantic and Ojo are the major cities in Lagos state and they are far more developed than Kano and Kaduna save Eko Atlantic which is still under development.

Besides, I want to know how Kano and Kaduna are more developed than Ibadan.
