Giroud deserves a start, but that front three is ideal to exploit Leeds' high defensive line.

Werner at number 9 could work in today's game. I would pick

But James would likely start instead, but for an attack minded team like Leeds, I would prefer Cesar.

On Benzema's UCL records he's done it on several occasions even in finals where the stakes are high he performed well on the pitch. His goals may not be much but he's in the conversation for the most goals scored in UCL history alongside football greats like Raul, CR7, Nistelrooy, Messi, Del Piero, Drogba, Ronaldinho, Eto'o. Also, his assists and linkup play are outstanding.
