I don't think buying Havertz was quite Lampard's idea. I think Rice was his main target. I feel Havertz was more of a luxury, cos he is hyped as one of the biggest talents in the world, and they probably thought it would be good to get someone like him: he should improve the team, and in getting him, we denied rivals the chance of strengthening.

I'm not giving up on him yet. I still believe he WILL adjust. And one key reason I still have faith is that he is only 21. If he were a player in his prime, na there fear for catch me.

But he has to improve sha. I watched him at Bayer04, he was better than this. He's showing flashes, but its about time we get the full package.

these are the same people that were celebrating as if they won the lottery when Chelsea signed him, shame that people don't know how to gauge players, I rarely support players like this but havertz is technically gifted, he just needs time and Lampard needs to stop playing him left and right, give the guy the number 10 role and forget it.
