Please which arm of government has the powers to convict, help us educate the public.

Anyway, I am not an "educator", neither am a public lecturer paid, engaged to enlighteen the ignorant. I will rather encourage the "us" to use Google, adult education, ask questions, ask a friend to educate themselves.

So let me freely educate you since you obviously don't know the answer. The Judiciary has the powers to convict. The same Judiciary determined the speed to which justice is administered, take the example of Fayose who has been given for a third time medical leave by the courts, this slows down the prosecution of cases and thus despension of justice.

Yes! There were any imaginable ills of governance during Jonathan's time but even majority of the northern populace that antagonize him them agreed today that Nigeria was better for it then than now.e.g. the insecurity issue

Unlike the dullard that came on board thereafter.Same people that saw him with the prism of ethnicity and parochial sentiments are today regretting same even asking him to resign.
By now, you should know buharists are a special breed of stup!6.

What we all condemned as wrong in the days of PDP has suddenly become acceptable because it is PMB committing even worse sins.
