We were talking about infrastructure bro not quality of life. Villages in the countryside have better quality of life than our major cities Nairobi and Mombasa but that won't make me place them ahead of these two.

You must be really dumb to think that infrastructure is what makes a higher quality of life. In a society where there's no expectation of a built environment because the people are already satisfied it won't make their quality of life lower. You must understand that different areas have different priorities....that's why some villages have a higher quality of life than urban centres.
